Give rank an object slot for people. A filter IS a score with binary weights and a cutoff, so the same engine that ranks companies ranks talent once a catalogue exists to point it at.
How it will work
Not built. The CATALOGUE exists (field_sources, grain-checked); the surface does not. Until it does, the catalogue is readable by the rank engine via rank_catalogue_settings_from_app.
